Manaphy and Phione have made their all-too-rare return to the Pokémon franchise in Pokémon Legends: Arceus. They are Generation IV Pokémon that show up in the Hisuian Pokédex as entries 240 and 241. Like most Pokémon in the game, these Pokémon show up in specific areas and have unique features that you should know if you want to add it to your collection.
Phione and Manaphy Spawn Locations
Phione and Manaphy are special in that there is only one way to get them, and it is a part of Request No. 66, The Sea's Legend. You can start this quest from the board in Professor Laventon's office in Galaxy Hall of Jubilife Village.

Once you start the Request, you must put a Buizel, Mantyke, and Overqwil in your party and go to The Sea's Gate at Sand's Reach in the Cobalt Coastlands (pictured below). You will recognize it in the game as the two pincer-shaped rocks near the camp.
Wait until night in the game and take the three Pokémon listed above with you through the Sea's Gate. You will see the game's dialogue when you pass through, showing that you're on the right path. Continue into the ocean towards cliffs, and you'll find a cave opening. Continue past the cave openings until you come to Seaside Hollow. In the cave, you will find Manaphy and Phione. Battle and catch them to finish the Request!
