You will meet Fuuka a few days after you start the game and right after you open the restaurant in Rune Factory 5. She is a were-animal who is currently in the process of learning human speech. She is known for being incredibly honest and has traveled a great distance before meeting with the protagonist.
How to increase Fuuka's hearts
Fuuka can be found at Lackadaisy after you are able to enter the establishment. Speaking with her each day, as well as providing her with a gift, will help raise your Friendship level. You will also want to give her a gift for extra points on her birthday, which is on Summer 29.

Fuuka is another character who is easy to please. Once you get the fishing rod, simply keep a stock of fish on hand to gift her each day. Once you are at heart level, 7 use the BTW Menu to confess to Fuuka. You can date multiple characters at the same time but only marry one.

The marriage option will become available once you have completed the following tasks:
- Completed the three normal Fuuka's events, a pink icon will appear on their map icon notifying you of each event.
- Completed Fuuka's final story event.
- Met everyone in town.
- Have unlocked and made an engagement ring.
- Have her at ten hearts.
- Have a double bed.
Once you have met all of these requirements, you will be able to propose to and marry Fuuka.
