Final Fantasy XIV’s Weapon Design Contest tasked fans with creating weapons for their favorite classes in the popular MMO. The winners got their original design added as a weapon glamor for Final Fantasy XIV.
On April 28, 2022, Square Enix announced that each category would have two victors in Final Fantasy XIV on their victor announcement page. While only two designs could take the crown, Square did list several runners-up in the design contest in their post.

While only two winners had their weapons chosen for each category, Square Enix offered rewards depending on which tier players ended up in.
